We love all of our clients at KeiraBelle's European Nails & Skin Care L.L.C, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Spa. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read below. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Tardiness
Please Let Us Know
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at KeiraBelle's European Nails & Skin Care L.L.C and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the service may be cut short with no discount of the original price. In case you prefer to reschedule your appointment for another time a 50% rescheduling fee will be applied.

Need to Cancel?
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to changing appointments.
If you reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, we’ll do our best to set up another slot for you.
Keep in mind that same day appointments are final.

Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

No shows, no call or no text, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Visiting Rules
For the safety and comfort of our guests we ask our clients for:

No pets (unless they are licensed service dog)
No additional guests, including relatives and children under 12
We reserve the right to deny services or stop services during appointment at the discretion of management, as a result 50% fee from the booked appointment will be applied.
